Sweet and Sour Lemon Sauce

From Wok Fast

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Always add the sauce during the final seconds of stir-frying. Because cornstarch can settle into a hard layer at the bottom of the sauce, always give the sauce a vigorous stir before adding it to the wok.

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
1/3 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon Asian chile sauce
