Month of Sundaes

THE
LUCKY LINDY SUNDAE

large scoop chocolate ice cream
2 macaroons, crushed
2 ounces chocolate syrup
Pinch of shredded coconut
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream, for garnish
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Place
the chocolate ice cream in a tall sundae goblet; cover
ice cream with the crushed macaroons, chocolate syrup
and coconut. Add the vanilla ice cream. Garnish with
whipped cream. Place maraschino cherry at top.
Yields
1 sundae.
