Healthy Breakfast Shake

From The Circadian Prescription: Get in Step With Your Body's Natural Rhythms to Maximize Energy, Vitality, and Longevity

6 ounces soy milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (see note)
3 tablespoons soy protein isolate (see note)
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Put the soy milk in a blender. With the blender on low speed, add the ground flaxseeds, soy protein isolate and blueberries. Increase the speed until ingredients are well blended.

Yields 1 serving with 200 calories and 24 grams of protein.

Note: These ingredients are available at some supermarkets and many health food stores.
