Located on a leafy West Village block, de Santos is a restaurant project from Alex Gonzalez, drummer of the popular Mexican rock band Maná. The real star of the show here, however, is chef Aldo Alo, who prepares memorable dishes like trofiette with mushrooms, garlic and shaved Parmigiano.
