After chef Scott Conant left L'Impero, the restaurant underwent a series of changes and has now completed its transformation into Convivio. Michael White continues to work in the kitchen, preparing pastas such as saffron baby gnocchi with sea urchin and crabmeat and a selection of small plates, called sfizi.
