Spanish-born chef José Andrés created a group of conceptual lobby dining spaces in The Bazaar by José Andrés at the new luxury SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills, which was named one of GAYOT.com’s Top 10 New Hotels and celebrated its grand opening on Dec. 4. Bar Centro features a caviar menu, raw bar selections and cocktails crafted with seasonal ingredients. Events: Say Grace
Through the end of December, Grace is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a $55 five-course tasting menu featuring co-owner/executive chef Neal Fraser's favorite dishes. The menu includes Dungeness crab salad with English peas, mint and Meyer lemon vinaigrette; grilled leg of lamb with vegetable tian and mustard sauce; and the famous "A Study in Doughnuts"—strawberry-filled, "The Elvis" and butterscotch-filled.
