Bring the pizzeria outside with the Eastman Outdoors ZaGrill, which allows you to cook 12" frozen, refrigerated and homemade pizzas on the grill. Its underlying heat shield protects crust from open flames and enables an even distribution of heat. The tray is designed to ensure a crispy crust and melted cheese, while its non-stick surface works to prevent your pie from clinging or sticking to the pan. Use by itself on the grill, or place some wood chips beneath the tray for a real wood-fired pizza experience.

With the help of the ZaGrill, our homemade pizza turned out especially delicious. Just as its makers claimed, our crust came out delightfully crispy and the cheese melted nicely. And despite having been cooked alongside a row of steak kabobs, our pizza retained its own savory aromas and flavor. Our only annoyance was with the tray and the heat shield—since they were not connected to each other, the tray would often slip off the shield's upholding prongs during cooking. But on the other hand, we also liked the tray's versatility as a handsome-looking serving platter. It was but a small dilemma for a well-cooked pizza.
