Batter Blaster's Quick Organic Waffles and Pancakes

Breakfast will no longer have to be a hassle with the new Batter Blaster for pancakes and waffles. The batter—made from quality USDA certified organic ingredients—is contained in an 18-ounce recyclable steel pressurized can and released in the style of canned whipped cream. Each can produces about two dozen fluffy pancakes or waffles (depending on size), allowing users to experience the taste of a home-cooked meal in just minutes.
Like most busy professionals who find that there just isn’t enough time in the day for homemade pancakes or waffles, we were delighted to try this time-saving product. We’ve found that the convenient can worked well for single servings and allowed for more compact storage than mixes, which usually require adding in additional ingredients, such as eggs. Because users just spray, cook and eat, Batter Blaster eliminates a few steps from boxed mixes, and was certainly easier to clean up. Pumpkin Pancakes
Batter Blaster into the skillet with melted butter
A pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice (nutmeg, cinnamon & allspice)
1 tsp of canned pumpkin
Instead of maple syrup try a cream cheese sauce:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbl lemon juice
½ c whipping cream
You can use a hand mixer and blend all together, adding the cream last. If you want more of a frosting type consistency (stiff peaks) then you will need to whip the cream first and set aside. Then blend all other ingredients and fold together.
Garnish with candied ginger. |
