Stefan follows up his popular "Salts
of the World" with the launch of "Peppers
of the World" and the more extensive "Epicurean
Pepper Collection." The latter collection holds twelve
appealing, colorful varieties in glass-topped metal vials:
Pink Peppercorns from France, long pepper and Muntok from
Indonesia, Aleppo from Turkey as well as Malabar, Jamaican
pepper, Cubeb Berries, Moula, Grains of Paradise, Tellicherry,
Sarawak White and Green Peppercorns. Pepper novices will
