Little
Flower Candy Company

Biting
into one of Little Flower Candy Company’s fluffy,
downy, pillowy (we could go on!) marshmallow treats is like...
cozying up on a cumulous cloud on a happy day! It’s
like mhhhh good childhood memories with an adult gourmet
twist! Oh, you think we’re exaggerating? Try one,
such as the Cinnamon Marshmallow, and you’ll understand.
Little Flower Candy Company is one of those small-batch,
artisan gems that you just feel good supporting. Its mastermind
is Christine Moore, who tells the charming story of a pastry
chef job left behind (at chic Les Deux Cafés) to
have babies, and a lucky accident in the kitchen that brought
forth her delicious goods, like Sea Salt Caramel and Coffee
Marshmallow. In her kitchen-lab she uses only the cleanest,
purest ingredients like French sea salt; the finished product
is then packaged in cellophane, tied with a ribbon and off
it goes to gourmet shops all over Los Angeles and increasingly
all over the country. Also available at www.littleflowercandyco.com.
