When members of Phoenix society need top-notch fare for soirees and events, they call upon the attractive husband-and-wife team of Douglas and Camille Brochu. Executive chef Douglas Brochu and his wife Camille are the owners of Creative Hands Cuisine, a gourmet catering and private chef service based in Mesa, Arizona (Camille serves as director of marketing). Chef Brochu, who worked as a model prior to graduating from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute, lends his interpretation of contemporary American cuisine with a Mediterranean flair to menus that are custom designed for the needs of each client.

Companies such as Panasonic, MAC Cosmetics, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and the Nordstrom department stores in Scottsdale and Chandler turn to Brochu and his team for beautifully presented food and friendly service. Brochu also offers his services as a personal chef to clients of Bella Palazzo, a private villa rental company.

Established in 2002, Creative Hands Cuisine has built its roster of clientele through word-of-mouth and referrals. With inventive culinary creations and a handsome chef at the helm, we can't say that we're surprised by the success.
