Amano Artisan Chocolates
Flavors from Around the World
The folks behind Chocolate Salon award-winner Amano use vintage European equipment and techniques to create their small-batch chocolates in-house, sourcing only top cocoa beans and visiting plantations and growers around the world, from Bali, Indonesia to the Ocumare Valley, Venezuela and the Sambirano Valley, Madagascar. We enjoyed the variety pack, which includes Ocumare (revealing a hint of red fruit), Madagascar (offering citrus, raspberry and raisin) and Jembrana (with hints of figs and spice). Chocolatier Art Pollard crafts his creations in an unlikely place: the heart of Utah's Rocky Mountains. Amano, meaning both "by hand" and "they love" in Italian, is just that: passionately handmade chocolates.
