This little volume will get you in a playful mood in no time. Think "Pornish" game hen dressed up in orange, ginger and soy sauce, erotic ahi and mussels ménage a trois. Everything featured is easy to make but delicious and satisfying like a sexy, spicy dip for edamame; or honey-roasted Belgian endives; or something more involved like Scotch bonnet chile blini with lobster; and Lover's Purses, little Dim-Sum-style dumplings. Then there are "Late Night Seduction Snacks" like kiwi slices with Brie, Popsicles or toasted muffin mini pizzas. And what do you serve the morning after? Brown swears by her "Perfect Omelet." A fun section brings "Seduction Scenarios: Menus to Make the Mood," which made us smile with instructions like "Drink a bottle of Rioja" and "dress up in tights, a bullfighter's cap and cape" and serve Spanish treats like gazpacho d'amour and watermelon granita. We're not sure about the entire bottle of red, but hey, whatever floats your boat. We love the little bits of history and erotic lore and playful ideas for "fork-play.
